My Review

Webb, Cari Lynn. Montana Wedding. NP: Harlequin Heartwarming, ND.

Georgie is in a difficult position. She is a “rational” person and thinks her sisters are all losing their minds when they quickly fall in love. She has decided her mission in life is to save lives as a doctor in a lab. When one of her sisters is getting married she convinces a male co-worker to attend with her and help her convince her family moving to work at a lab in London is the best thing for her. But, he doesn’t show up at the airport and Georgie has to come up with another plan. Cari Lynn Webb has crafted an enjoyable story. The characters are all likable, although the deceit is not. 

Potential Area of Concern

I really did enjoy the story other than the following areas of concern. While Zach is Georgie’s pretend date for the wedding, they are expected to share a room as boyfriend and girlfriend. There is no inappropriate behavior other than sharing a room with one bed – they take turns using the bed. There is also quite a bit of alcohol consumption in the book although no drunkenness. These two things will be problematic for some audiences. 

I cannot recommend this title for either a k-12 Chistians school library or a church library.
