My Review

Huff, Sadie Robertson with Tama Fortner. Live on Purpose: 100 Devotions for Letting Go of Fear and Following God. Nashville, TN: Tommy Nelson, 2021.

Sadie Robertson Huff has written an excellent devotional for all ages. Live on Purpose was written for teens but I think Sadie has a message for all of us. There were many of her thoughts that hit this 60-year-old lady with a challenge. Thank you Sadie!

Sadie Robertson Huff does seem to understand what teens are dealing with and has the ability to speak into their lives. She matches a scripture passage with examples from her own life with apparent ease. I think teens will benefit from seeing someone famous share their insecurities and learn how they apply Scripture to their lives.

Because this is a devotional book, I’m not sure a k-12 Christian school library is the best place for it. However, it would be a great gift for a teen or to be used as a devotional in a classroom.

I received a complimentary copy of Live on Purpose: 100 Devotions for Letting Go of Fear and Following God. This is my honest review.
